Pay for the actual time required, not an inflated estimate, meaning it costs less if your returns are simple or you’re organized; and more in years when things are more complex. If the complexity only affected one year, what you pay goes right back down the next year.
Tax materials accepted any way you have them, with a secure portal available for electronic submission or taking pictures from a smartphone.

We’ll take care to mention anything we notice that may be missing, so you don’t have to stress about forgetting something. When you’re able to provide it, we’ll continue our work, no problem.
If we see opportunities for savings, we’ll mention them. If we become aware of a way to help, whether during tax time, when new laws are enacted, or when we learn something that could benefit you, we’ll let you know.
